* * * * Freight shipment information for curbside delivery * * * *
All game tables are shipped via curbside shipping. Delivery will be done by a common carrier truck. The driver is only responsible for delivering the order to your curb. A delivery appointment is scheduled by the freight company via the phone number you provide in your order. No delivery should be made unless an appointment is set. The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading the order. Any additional services such as two-man delivery or lift gate service are not included in the price of the freighted item. The cost of these additional services varies from city to city. You may purchase these additional services directly from the freight company if you choose.
Shipping is normally 2 - 4 weeks. Please inspect your merchandise carefully before accepting from the delivery company. If your game table shows damage upon receipt from the truck, refuse shipment and call us. We will immediately arrange a new table to be shipped to you. If there is concealed damage upon opening your shipment, you must call us within 3 days of the receipt of delivery. We will either replace the damaged parts or have a new table delivered at no expense to you. Any requests for concealed damage after 3 days of receipt of delivery will be taken, but charges for replacement parts and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order after we begin production, a 25% termination fee will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. If you wish to cancel your order after shipping, the customer must return all products at their own expense. All free shipping offers are void for canceled or returned orders and customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
Return Policy:
If you wish to return your order within 30 days, you must call to receive a return authorization number from our customer service staff. Return shipping charges and arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. We do not credit back shipping charges of the original purchase. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned products. All free shipping offers are void for canceled or returned orders and customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
