Terms and Conditions

1. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates will expire 12 months from the date of issuance, which is the "expiration" date included on the gift certificate.
2. Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Air Hockey Tables Direct Website, http://www.air-hockey-tables-direct.com/ toward the purchase of eligible products.
3. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
4. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
5. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card or check. 
6. Gift certificates and their use on the Air Hockey Tables Direct Website are subject to our general Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
7. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-888-635-3085.
8. Air Hockey Tables Direct will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the Air Hockey Tables Direct Website or is redeemed and used to make purchases at http://www.air-hockey-tables-direct.com/
9. Air Hockey Tables Direct may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
10. Gift Certificates purchased by credit card will be available within 24 hours.  Gift Certificates purchased by check or money order will not be available until the check or money order has been received and cleared the bank, typically about 5 business days from the day we receive the check.
11. Air Hockey Tables Direct Website reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
12. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
